User Data Deletion Rules

Last updated: 2026-10-04

These User Data Deletion Rules (the “Rules”) establish the procedure for deleting a LuxRepetitor User account and the personal data associated with it, as well as the circumstances in which certain personal data may continue to be retained after account deletion in accordance with applicable law and the LuxRepetitor Privacy Policy.

1. Account Deletion

1.1. A registered User may initiate deletion of their account directly on the LuxRepetitor Platform: Account → Security → Delete account

1.2. The User does not need to send a separate request by email or obtain prior administrator approval in order to initiate account deletion.

1.3. The Platform may require security or identity verification steps where reasonably necessary to protect the account against unauthorised or fraudulent deletion.

2. Consequences of Account Deletion

2.1. Account deletion initiates the deletion or anonymisation of personal data associated with the account, subject to the retention periods, legal obligations and exceptions set out in the LuxRepetitor Privacy Policy and applicable law.

2.2. Depending on the type of data and the purposes for which it is processed, deletion or anonymisation may take place as part of the account deletion process or after the expiry of the applicable retention period.

2.3. Account deletion does not necessarily result in the immediate deletion of all data and records associated with the User.

2.4. Data that MB “Luxagente” is required or permitted to retain under applicable law, or that is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, may continue to be retained for the applicable period.

2.5. Once the relevant basis for retention has expired, the data will be deleted or anonymised in accordance with the LuxRepetitor Privacy Policy and applicable law.

3. Google Calendar Integration

3.1. If the User has voluntarily connected Google Calendar to LuxRepetitor, the User may separately disable or disconnect the integration through the relevant Platform settings.

3.2. When the Google Calendar integration is disconnected, authorisation data stored by LuxRepetitor that is no longer required for the integration is deleted, revoked or otherwise rendered unusable, as technically appropriate.

3.3. Deleting a LuxRepetitor account terminates the Google Calendar integration associated with the User’s account as part of the account deletion process. Authorisation and other data associated with the integration that is no longer necessary is processed, deleted, revoked or otherwise rendered unusable in accordance with the retention rules set out in the LuxRepetitor Privacy Policy and as technically appropriate.

3.4. Events previously created in the User’s Google Calendar may remain in Google Calendar after the integration is disconnected or the LuxRepetitor account is deleted.

3.5. The User may delete such events directly from Google Calendar. They may also be removed through Platform functionality where such functionality is available.

3.6. Disconnecting the Google Calendar integration does not itself delete the User’s LuxRepetitor account.

4. Data That May Need to Be Retained

4.1. Certain personal data and documents cannot always be deleted immediately following account deletion.

4.2. Where applicable, such data and documents may include:

accounting and invoicing records;

payment and transaction records;

information required to comply with tax or other legal obligations;

information relating to disputes, complaints or legal claims;

security records required for the investigation of fraud, abuse or security incidents;

other information that MB “Luxagente” is required or permitted to retain under applicable law.

4.3. Such data is retained only for as long as the relevant legal or other lawful basis for retention applies.

4.4. Once the applicable retention period or other lawful basis for retention has expired, the relevant personal data will be deleted or anonymised.

4.5. Account deletion applies to personal data controlled by MB “Luxagente”. Where personal data is independently processed by third-party service providers, their own legal obligations, retention requirements and privacy terms may also apply.

5. Data Protection Rights and Additional Requests

5.1. Account deletion does not affect the User’s rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection law.

5.2. If the User cannot access their account or wishes to submit another request concerning their personal data, they may contact MB “Luxagente” at: Email: info@luxrepetitor.ai

5.3. Where applicable and subject to the conditions and limitations established by applicable law, the User may:

request access to their personal data;

request rectification of inaccurate personal data;

request deletion of their personal data;

request restriction of the processing of their personal data;

object to certain processing of their personal data;

exercise the right to data portability;

withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

5.4. Such requests are handled within the time limits established by applicable law.

5.5. Where necessary, before acting on a request, MB “Luxagente” may request information reasonably necessary to verify the identity of the person making the request and to protect personal data against unauthorised access or deletion.

6. Account Deletion Confirmation

6.1. Once the account deletion process has been completed, the Platform may provide confirmation that the User’s LuxRepetitor account has been deleted.

6.2. Such confirmation does not mean that data or documents which MB “Luxagente” is legally required or entitled to retain have been deleted before the applicable retention period or other lawful basis for retention has expired.

6.3. Any personal data lawfully retained after account deletion will continue to be protected and processed in accordance with the LuxRepetitor Privacy Policy and applicable law.
