6.2. If the User clearly agrees to automatic renewal, at the end of the current subscription period the subscription is renewed for the next corresponding period, and the fee is automatically charged using the selected payment method.
6.3. The User may disable automatic renewal in their account before the next payment is initiated.
6.4. Disabling automatic renewal does not terminate the period that has already been paid for. The User may continue using the plan until the end of its validity period.
6.5. If the automatic payment fails, the subscription may not be renewed.

8.8. Credits are not money, electronic money or a means of payment and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, except where required by applicable law.

9.4. After the free trial period ends, a paid plan is activated only in accordance with the terms presented to the User on the Platform before they make their selection.
10. Right of Withdrawal
10.1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract as provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, in the cases and under the conditions where such right applies.
10.2. Before purchase, the User is clearly informed that LuxRepetitor is a digital service, the provision of which may begin immediately after payment.
10.3. If the User wishes to start using the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period, they are asked to clearly confirm this request and, where required by law, to provide the relevant consent.
10.4. Before placing an order, the User is informed about the conditions of the right of withdrawal and the cases provided for by law where, after the provision of a digital service or digital content has begun, the right of withdrawal may be limited or lost.
10.5. Where, under applicable law, an exception to the right of withdrawal depends on the User’s explicit consent and confirmation, such exception applies only after the required consent and confirmation have been obtained from the User.
10.6. These Terms do not limit any consumer rights that cannot be limited or waived by contract under applicable law.
11. Refunds
11.1. Payments for a properly provided and activated digital service are not refunded in cases where, under applicable law, the User does not have the right to withdraw from the contract or has lawfully lost that right.
11.2. The mere fact that the User has not used all credits granted to them, has not used the Platform, or has used it less than planned does not in itself give the User the right to request a full or proportional refund of the price paid.
11.3. If, under applicable law, the User has the right to withdraw from the contract or request a refund, such right is not limited by these Terms.
11.4. If payment has been made but, due to a technical error on the part of MB “Luxagente”, the paid service has not been provided and the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable period of time, the User may request an appropriate solution, including a refund where such refund is due under applicable law.
11.5. If a payment was charged by mistake or charged twice for the same order, the User must contact MB “Luxagente”. Once the incorrect or duplicate payment has been confirmed, the amount charged without justification will be refunded.
11.6. Refunds are made in accordance with the procedure established by law and, where possible, using the same payment method that was used for the original payment.
12. Service Disruptions and Non-Conformity
12.1. If the User is unable to use a paid service due to a technical issue with the Platform, they must notify MB “Luxagente”.
12.2. MB “Luxagente” will seek to resolve the identified technical issue within a reasonable period of time.

13. Specific Features of the AI Tutor
13.1. The AI Tutor uses artificial intelligence technologies; therefore, its responses may contain inaccuracies or errors.
13.2. The User may report a potentially incorrect AI response using the “Report an Error” function available on the Platform.
13.3. If an MB “Luxagente” administrator confirms that the reported AI response did contain an error, the User is granted a fixed compensation of 10 AI credits. Merely submitting an error report does not automatically grant credits; the compensation is awarded only after the error has been confirmed.
13.4. An error identified in an AI response does not in itself mean that the entire purchased plan is considered not to have been provided or that the full price paid for the plan will automatically be refunded. This does not limit the User’s consumer rights established by law.
14. Promotions and Special Offers
14.1. MB “Luxagente” may offer temporary discounts, promotions, additional credits or other special offers.
14.2. The validity period and specific terms of a promotion are indicated on the Platform.

16.4. These Terms apply together with the LuxRepetitor AI Tutor Licence Agreement, Privacy Policy, Student (Parent / Guardian) Platform Use and Services Agreement, where applicable, and other Platform rules applicable to the specific User and the selected service.
16.5. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the individual terms clearly presented to the User at the time of a specific purchase, the individual terms clearly presented at the time of purchase apply to that specific purchase to the extent permitted by law.
